Consultation Fee

During your consultation you may need certain procedures and/or tests, which would have a separate additional fee to the consultation. Please ask Mr Martinez-Devesa’s secretary in advance of the consultation for an indication of the procedures that you would be likely to need.

Mr Matinez-Devesa is recognised by all the major medical insurance companies, with direct payment facilities available through them. Patients are advised to contact their insurance companies prior to their appointment to confirm cover and pre-authorisation. You should be provided with an authorisation number prior to the appointment which will help to streamline the reimbursement process.

Please bring your insurance details with you to your appointment (membership and authorisation number).
